An Acupuncture treatment from a Registered Acupuncturist at Restoration Station (at this time only Jennifer McGeorge R.Ac.) is from the perspective of Classical Chinese Medicine. Simply put: In this approach, which represents thousands of years of a healing art, the body is considered to have energy meridians which correspond with various organs. Within the organs & meridians, there may be problems due to many things such as stagnation, injury, cold, heat, inflammation etc,. The Therapist may need to clear the organ/meridian through various techniques which may include acupuncture, electro-acupucture, tui na (Chinese Massage), cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, diet therapy etc.
The interview process is longer than what you may have experienced with a Massage Therapy treatment so give yourself 2 hours as each treatment is tailored to each individual and the times may vary.

Guided Meditation in the treatment room involves your practitioner guiding you verbally through a process of relaxation.
This may involve focus on any of the following: your energy centers, your surrounding energy, your muscles or bones or even taking you through a scenario of a beach or forest or other visualizations. These techniques employ calming the mind and stimulate settling of the sympathetic nervous system, increasing oxygenation to the cells and release of enorphins/opiates (good hormones).

Natasa’s approach to holistic healing is grounded in lived experience, extensive training, and an in-depth understanding of the mind–body–spirit connection.

In 2011, she experienced chronic physical symptoms that were not resolved through conventional medical care. This led her to pursue alternative and integrative healing modalities, including over two years of study with a Traditional Algonquin Medicine Man, where she received formal training, teachings and medicine rights that supported her return to health, wholeness and nervous system regulation.

After becoming a mother, she completed this same training again and became a certified practitioner. Over the past decade, Natasa has continued to deepen her practice through certifications as a Holistic Healer, Spiritual Guide, and Soul Purpose Coach.

Her modality takes into consideration and works with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of a person. She does this through subconscious reprogramming, energy medicine and human design.

Natasa’s work is collaborative, trauma-aware, and focused on sustainable, long-term wellbeing.

Azumi was born and raised in Japan. After spending time in Banff, she fell in love with Canada’s natural beauty and decided to move to Canada in 2016. She later settled in Kelowna in 2018 and has been enjoying life in the beautiful Okanagan ever since.

She graduated from the Massage Therapy program in Kelowna in December 2025 and is currently preparing to write her board exams. While awaiting her exam results and completion of the RMT registration process, Azumi is offering relaxation massage treatments at a discounted rate. Her treatment style blends Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and deep tissue work, tailored to each client’s needs and overall well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Azumi enjoys spending time with her three dogs and exploring the outdoors. She is very excited to be part of the Restoration Station team and to contribute to a community-focused clinic dedicated to supporting others on their wellness journey.

**Please note that while Azumi is completing the RMT registration process, massage services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement, including extended health benefits, ICBC, or WorkSafeBC.
